Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please inspect deliveries upon receipt and report damages immediately.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible IT products in original, unused condition with complete accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection. Defective items reported within 14 days may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund per manufacturer warranty where applicable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and approve the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Impersonate any person or entity

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases.
